The new Ranma anime has dropped on Netflix! The team is watching alongside our community, brimming with hope that this could usher in a resurgence of popularity for our beloved characters.
Since the anime revival has gone back to the start, so are we! Akane has walked in on Ranma in the bathing area, but this time he is a SHE! How long can Ranma hold back telling her the truth? Well, at least as long as it takes for Akane to scrub the redhead in all those exciting new places! 😉
We realize that not everyone is yet sold on the new anime’s design choices. Although it’s very much in the spirit of Rumiko’s manga work, we’ll likely provide an alternate set with “traditional” anime colors for future installments. However, as this is the big debut day for the anime, we prefer to roll with that style for this outing. Enjoy!
