Storyline and Contents
The Story:
Alright, so you couldn't call Kasumi Tendou a modern feminist, but no one said she was trying to be either. She's a young woman who deeply loves her family, and every act of taking care of them is an expression of that love. Thinking that way from her earliest childhood naturally results in her holding the opinion that such activities are inherently fun and delightful, even if someone else might consider them drudgery.
Unfortunately, this week her beloved family has thoughtlessly abandoned her. Well, if they did think about it, they assumed she'd appreciate the vacation from taking care of all of them. They've unknowingly robbed her of what makes her live most fun and fulfilling; that opportunity to take care of others she cares for. There's nothing sadder to Kasumi than an empty house.
But what's this? Ranma didn't leave with the others? FANTASTIC! Her household may be 4 people short, but that just means Ranma can have 5 persons' worth of Kasumi's affection and caring! She'll cook all his favourite foods (at once)! She'll sew him new clothes, and launder all the old ones! Is it normal to polish Chinese style slippers like Ranma typically wears? Well they're getting it anyway! Anything Ranma needs, wants, or that Kasumi can imagine him needing or wanting, Ranma will be getting in spades this week!
Can Ranma survive this much attention from Kasumi? What's going to happened once it occurs to her that her little sister is such a cold fish (or violent gorilla, take your pick) that Ranma hasn't been getting much romantic and physical attention? Come to think of it, how long has it been since Kasumi herself was on the receiving end of that special kind of love, that just can't be expressed via clean socks?
